All-Ivy Event...An Evening with the Society of Orpheus & Bacchus

The Yale Club of Alabama is hosting an all-ivy event featuring the SOBs (Society of Orpheus and Bacchus), the second longest-running acapella group in the country. Connect with current students and Ivy League alums from Alabama while enjoying light hors d'oeuvres and drinks, access to the Expanding Darshan exhibit at the Birmingham Museum of Art and the best of the SOBs.

Their repertoire spans back to their founding in 1938, and they perform all types of music, from jazz, traditional, gospel, folk, to popular music from every decade! The SOBs have performed worldwide, and pride themselves on their unique and humorous performance style. Their blend of musical excellence, spontaneity, and laughter has kept audiences around the world entertained for more than 80 years.

Regular admission tickets are $50, alums who have graduated inthe last 10 years are $25 and current students are free. Learn more and get tickets here.
