We invite you to join the Harvard Club of Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity to stay connected to the school that for most of us was a life-changing experience. If you have already joined the club, we hope you renew your membership to remain an active, informed, and committed part of the HCA community.
Member dues and donations are the Harvard Club of Alabama’s only source of income. We get no funds from Harvard, so an active and engaged alumni base is critical. Our club is dedicated to providing opportunities for alumni in our state to meet with one another, make valuable social and business connections, as well as take part in opportunities to learn, gather & give back.
ALUMNI MEMBERS RECEIVE EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS:
- Priority access to events with limited seating
- Discounts, free food and drinks at events
- Listing (if desired) in our annual membership book
- A deciding vote on where to send Harvard Book Prizes
- A vote in elections or club decisions
In addition to membership, consider supporting our club with a donation to make our programming accessible to as wide an audience as possible. Our basic membership level is intentionally low to encourage broad support. When we have additional funds, we can host better events and contribute to a scholarship fund run through Cambridge.
You can enter a donation amount when you join or renew your membership. The Harvard Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and donations are fully tax-deductible as allowed by law. Questions may be sent to the club treasurer (see treasurer here)
